Individual Mental Health Counseling
One-on-one counseling provides personalized attention, focusing on the unique needs and concerns of each client — whether a young child, teenager, or adult. The insights gained through individual counseling can have long-lasting effects, helping them navigate future challenges and maintain improved mental well-being.
Social Cognitive Services
Many clients benefit from direct, tailored support to improve social function. Whether this means developing and maintaining friendships, navigating conversation, or deepening social awareness, our counselors can help individuals reach their social goals. Target areas include but are not limited to communication at work, planning and executing personal goals (executive function), and improving romantic or peer relationships.
Family & Other Outside Services
Our counselors work with families and support systems to foster effective communication, strengthen relationships, and address dynamics that may impact social-emotional health. Together, we deepen understanding of each client’s strengths and challenges and use collaborative problem-solving to reduce overall stress at home. For families with school-aged children, our counselors also have experience and expertise helping parents navigate the school setting and IEP process. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or a loved one, we want you to feel empowered with the best possible care.
Parent Coaching & Consultation
Our clinicians provide targeted support to parents and caregivers seeking to enhance their confidence, navigate complex behavior challenges, and strengthen the parent-child bond. Parent coaching sessions focus on developing effective communication techniques, managing big emotional responses, and implementing non-punitive, collaborative discipline strategies. Our clinicians also partner with families to establish consistent, structured routines for bedtime, mornings, and homework while encouraging the child’s independence and self-sufficiency. These supportive sessions are tailored to help families successfully navigate significant life transitions—such as a move, divorce, or the addition of a new sibling—ultimately lowering overall household stress and fostering a supportive home environment. (Note: Ely has immediate daytime availability for these services.)
